Terms

HushRocket asks ChatGPT and Google AI Mode the client questions you choose, in the countries you choose, and reports whether they mention your firm, who they mention instead, and which sources they cite. It suggests fixes and drafts content for you to review.

AI answers change from one run to the next and are outside our control. We report what we observe. We don't guarantee that any engine will mention or recommend your firm, or that you'll win enquiries or clients.

• HushRocket is for businesses. You must be 18 or over and able to act for your firm.
• Keep your details accurate and your password private. You're responsible for activity in your account.
• Only set up firms you work for or are authorised to act for.

• Prices are on our pricing page and are in US dollars. Stripe processes payments.
• New plans start with a 7-day free trial, one per card. A card is needed to start it, and it is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, tracking pauses until it's paid.
• If we change a price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies. It applies from your next renewal after that.
• Cancelling, plan changes and refunds work as described on our refunds page.

Your questions, firm details, competitor lists and the drafts you edit remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You're responsible for what you publish, including any professional or advertising rules that apply to your firm. Our drafts are suggestions, not legal or professional advice.

The software, methods and report formats are ours. You may use the reports and results inside your firm and share them with your advisers. The answers we collect come from third-party engines and the pages they cite belong to their owners.

Don't:

• use HushRocket for anything unlawful, or to harass or mislead anyone;
• resell the service or give access to people outside your firm;
• copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or try to get around its limits or security;
• submit personal data about other people that the service doesn't need.

You can cancel any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

The service is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, clients or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and email you about important changes before they apply. If you keep using HushRocket after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and its courts hear any dispute. For anything about these terms, email support@hushrocket.com.
