Refunds and cancelling
Last updated 3 November 2026
You can cancel any time from Plan and billing in your workspace. Here's what happens to your plan and your money when you do.
Free trial
New plans start with a 7-day free trial. We ask for a card to start it. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, the card is charged when the trial ends. Stripe emails you a reminder before then.
Each card gets one free trial. If a card has already had one, a new plan on that card starts paid straight away.
Cancelling
When you cancel, your plan keeps running until the end of the month or year you've paid for, then tracking stops. You won't be charged again. We don't refund the unused part of a month or year that has already started. Your answers and evidence are kept, so you can pick a plan again later.
Changing plans
You can switch between Starter and Growth, monthly or yearly, from the billing page. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of your current period: moving up is charged straight away, moving down becomes a credit on your next invoices.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days. Tracking pauses until the payment goes through. Update your card from the billing page to restart it. If the last retry fails, the plan is cancelled.
Charged by mistake
If we charged you twice, charged you after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount, email support@hushrocket.com and we'll refund the mistaken charge in full. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
This doesn't limit any right to a refund you have under the law. See also our Terms.
